The New England Patriots Nation had been stunned after receiving the news that American wide receiver Julian Edelman was violated the NFL’s policy on performance enhancing drug. Still, it is not cleared that what actually he tested positive for. As per the reports, the substance was not immediately recognizable and NFL is still analyzing it. So it is bit unsure to reveal that Julian Edelman steroid is a truth.
Test was conducted during the offseason. To this Breer added, it wasn’t provocative as this triggered the league’s substance policy instead of policy enhancing drug. Julian sounded bit confused about how he got tested positive in his apology issued via instagram last week. In his apology, Edelman said, he was very sorry and didn’t know what happened actually. He has taken many tests in his entire career but nothing like this has ever happened.
Julian faced a 4-game suspension for the positive test. He is appealing, but similar suspension is rarely demented. The 32 year old Edelman attended minicamp last week and earlier voluntary workouts as he continues his recovery from a torn ACL suffered in week 3. This will be the 10th year of Edelman in the league.
What Does Julian Edelman Eat in A Day?
The NFL star, Julian Edelman, always starts his day strong. He typically has breakfast where he includes an egg-and-vegetable scramble topped with avocado and hot sauce plus fruit like blueberries.

However, his favorite burger is surprisingly very simple. His favorite burger includes lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion on a toasted brioche bun as topping and jules which is good to go for him. Some special sauce is also added to his burger which he considered completely unforgettable. Moreover, he also indulges over-the top patties stacked with onion rings and all the fixins you can think to add.
Though he often goes to restaurants at night sometimes, he counts on pretty much on his calories intake. Apart from burger, Julian refuels himself with tasty protein shake created by his dietitians. He used to have it in the morning for a good start. This shake is packed with almost all the essential nutrients.
He is fond of smoothie and interestingly he makes a damn good smoothie. One of his favorite smoothie is “cake batter supreme” which combines almond butter, greek yogurt, soy milk, protein, cinnamon cereal and agave.
Edelman swaps on healthy dishes over heavy dishes, such as pesto and goat cheese on home-made pizza and grilled chicken with greens on his tacos. He is also a fan of stuffed peppers assume it to be ground turkey instead of beef.
Additionally, Edelman says that he follows 80/20 rule where eight percent is for clean eating and 20 percent is to reward yourself.
